We are excited to announce the release of SeeYouDoc V4.0.8! This updated introduces a new feature designed to enhance efficiency for clinic users, along with multiple big fixes to ensure a smoother platform experience. Below is a detailed overview of what's included in this release:
Quick Search on the MC Portal
Quick Search enables clinic users to effortlessly pull up doctors, patients, appointments, and encounters within the clinic. This enhancement significantly improves workflow efficiency, making it easier to manage and access critical information quickly.
To enhance stability, performance, and usability, the following issues have been resolved:
Appointment Management
Fixed: Internal Server Error when creating an appointment for a patient in a clinic with a single doctor without services and schedules. This fix ensures a smoother appointment creation process, reducing interruptions and enhancing the user experience for clinics with minimal staff.
Fixed: Internal Server Error when creating an appointment for a patient in a clinic without doctors. Clinics can now manage their appointment system more effectively, even if no doctors are currently listed, improving overall system reliability.
Fixed: Patients can no longer book an appointment for a past date by selecting a date and time on the create appointment modal and clicking the request appointment button at a later time. This prevents scheduling errors, ensuring that all appointments are set for future dates, maintaining the integrity of the scheduling system.
Fixed: MD and MC Calendar now updates correctly when a patient reschedules their appointment. This ensures accurate calendar updates, improving communication and coordination between patients and healthcare providers, thereby reducing the risk of missed or double-booked appointments.
Fixed: The appointment date no longer resets when setting the time during the rescheduling process. This enhances the user experience by ensuring that the selected appointment date remains consistent, streamlining the rescheduling workflow for both patients and providers.
Button Functionality and Redirects
Fixed: The "End Encounter" button now disappears once the user confirms the action or when the encounter status is marked as completed. This improves the clarity and usability of the encounter process, preventing users from mistakenly attempting to end an already completed encounter.
Home Page and Navigation
Updated: Links to the "TOP SEARCHES" on the home page for improved navigation and search accuracy. This provides users with more relevant and useful search results, enhancing navigation and overall user experience on the platform.
Updated: All buttons for scheduling a demo now correctly link to a short.io URL. By using a short.io link, we ensure that any future updates to the destination page can be managed easily without changing the link itself. This streamlines the process for scheduling a demo, providing a consistent and efficient user experience by always directing users to the correct usage.
Content and Information
Added: The SeeYouDoc article by Inquirer has been included on the "ABOUT US" page to provide users with additional insights into our platform and achievements.
