We are pleased to announce the release of SeeYouDoc V4.07! This update introduces new features and addresses critical bugs to enhance the functionality and user experience of our platform. Below is a detailed overview of what's included in this release:

Deactivation of Doctors in the Clinic Portal

Clinic administrators now have the ability to deactivate doctors through the Clinic Portal. Once deactivated, these doctors will no longer appear in the appointment booking options, ensuring a more streamlined and accurate scheduling process.

Virtual Facility Public Page Improvements

Clinic Status Tags Aligned with Doctor Schedules:

The "Closed" and "Open" tags now accurately reflect the clinic's operational hours as defined by doctor schedules. This improvement eliminates any confusion regarding clinic availability, providing patients with clear and reliable information.

Consistent Time Slot Display:

We have resolved inconsistencies in how time slots are displayed on clinic cards, particularly for clinics with multiple schedules. This ensures that all available time slots are accurately and comprehensively presented, enhancing the booking experience.


🐞 Fixes



To enhance stability, performance, and usability, the following issues have been resolved:

UI/UX Enhancements

Fixed: The "Back" button in Medical Files is now functional, allowing smooth and seamless navigation.
Fixed: The "Edit" button for doctors in the Clinic Portal, which was previously non-functional, has been repaired, allowing users to make necessary edits without any issues.
Fixed: The "Organizations" tab in the Admin Portal now retains its color when selected, enhancing user experience and interface consistency.

Service Request Handling

Fixed: Addressed an internal server error that occurred when clinic users clicked "Edit" on service requests, ensuring a smoother user experience.
Fixed: Resolved an internal server error when issuing a service request from the clinic portal and attempting to preview the request as a doctor, ensuring seamless functionality.

Appointment Management

Fixed: Appointments can no longer be reassigned to deactivated doctors, effectively preventing scheduling conflicts and errors.
Fixed: A loophole that allowed users to book appointments with deactivated doctors through bookmarked doctor's clinic pages has been closed, ensuring accurate booking.
Fixed: The internal server error that occurred when attempting to create an appointment with all doctors in a clinic deactivated has been resolved, ensuring smoother operation.
Fixed: Rescheduling an appointment without selecting a date no longer results in an internal server error, enhancing the reliability of the appointment system.

Profile and Enrollment Issues

Fixed: The link "Want to add more profile" in the profile page, which previously led to a blank page, is now removed. Users are advised to use the "Add Profile" button on the Patient Portal to create additional profiles to their SeeYouDoc account.
Fixed: Canceling the upload of proof of ID no longer triggers an incorrect error about internet connectivity and no longer removes both ID images, ensuring a smoother upload process.
Fixed: Denied Boarding Requests no longer result in an Internal Server Error, ensuring that the system handles these requests correctly.

Payment and Invoicing

Fixed: The issue date on the SeeYouDoc invoice emails is now accurate, ensuring correct financial documentation.
Fixed: The shareable payment link no longer requires a login when opened from another browser or computer, simplifying payment process for users.

Data Management and Database Corrections

Fixed: The Philippine Barangay, City, Province, and Region database has been updated to ensure accurate data representation and reliability across the platform.

Miscellaneous Fixes

Fixed: The avatar profile pictures of doctors now display correctly in the Clinic Portal.
Fixed: The option to add more clinics on the list of clinics page has been removed, as clinic additions should only be done through the Organization Portal.
Fixed: Doctors can no longer delete medicines on prescriptions that have already been issued to patients, ensuring the integrity of patient records.
Fixed: The back button on the doctor encounter page is now fully operational.
Fixed: The back button on the first step of TB enrollment is now functioning, and no longer triggers a "We can't find internet" error.
Fixed: Internal server errors related to service requests and encounters have been resolved, ensuring smoother operation and fewer disruptions for clinic users.
