For Doctors

Email Notification for Doctors on Patient Payment

Doctors will receive an email notification once their patient has paid for an appointment. This prompt notification system helps in managing schedules more efficiently and allows doctors to prepare for consultation in advance. By staying informed about payment statuses, doctors can focus more on delivering quality care without the need to manually check for updates.

For Clinic Users

Capability for Clinic Users to End Encounters on Behalf of the Doctor

Clinic users can now end an encounter on behalf of the doctor, provided the encounter really happened. This feature ensures smoother workflow management and timely completion of patient records, helping to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Date of Triage

We've added a date column to the list of triages on the MN (network), MH (facility), and MC (clinic) portals. This new capability allows for better tracking of patient care timelines and enhances the overall management of patient information. By having the date of triage readily accessible, healthcare providers can quickly reference importance details and provide more informed care.

For All Other SeeYouDoc Users

Date & Time Stamp on Chat Messages

All chat messages will now include a date and time stamp. This improvement adds a layer of clarity to communication by indicating precisely when each message was sent or received. It ensures better coordination and record-keeping, especially in situations where timely responses are critical. This feature will help both patients and providers keep track of their conversations more effectively.

Enhanced Chat Notifications

Improved chat notifications ensure that both patients and doctors are promptly informed of new messages. This enhancement is designed to foster better communication and responsiveness, enabling quicker resolution of queries and more efficient patient care. The new notification system ensures that no message goes unnoticed, contributing to a more seamless and effective communication flow.
