How to set up Auto Payout to a doctor under my organization ?

Step 1

Click the " Auto Payouts" tab on the left, then click " New" tab on the upper right side.

Step 2

Fill in the required information, select " Payment" from the " Type" dropdown, then click " Save."

Note: The "Payment" Auto Payout Type refers to how the organization is set up to pay the practitioner for each consultation with specific amount.

You can set the Auto Payout Type to "Commission" and follow a guide on how to set it up. Here's a breakdown of the commission types:

Commission Type: None – The organization won’t receive any commission from the doctor's fee. This is typically used by private practices.
Commission Type: Fee – The organization will receive **a fixed fee **from the doctor's consultation fee.
Commission Type: Percentage – The organization will receive a percentage of the doctor's consultation fee.

Step 3

After clicking "Save", your information will appear in the Auto Payouts list.

Step 4

Once the auto payouts are setup, payment transactions will be directly distributed to the practitioner's account after clicking the "End Encounter".

A payout fee of P 20.00 will be applied every transaction.
