How do I sign up as a doctor in SeeYouDoc?

Onboarding as a Doctor

In V4, SeeYouDoc has renewed its focus in ensuring that all doctors in the platform are legitimate and licensed to operate. All doctors in private practice are now required to submit business information related to their physical clinic/facilities upon registration, on top of their verified PRC license to create an organization. Multiple doctors can then join the organization via invite.

Organization Details (Clinic name, Practice type, Country, Definition of legal entity, Legal name, Business structure, TIN, Tax Type)

This guide explains how one can register on SeeYouDoc as a doctor without an invite.

Step 1

Click the Register button on the top-right corner of the screen for the web browser.

Step 2

Fill out the form accordingly.

Step 3

Click Create An Account

Step 4

After signing up you will see Account Created Successfully on the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 5

A confirmation email will be sent to your email address to verify your account. Simply click the Confirm my Email button to complete your sign-up.

Please check your Spam folder if you have not received your email after a few minutes.

Step 6

Back at the homepage, navigate to Your Profile at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 7

Under "What can I do as a medical provider?" click I'm a doctor...

Step 8

Fill-out the Doctor Information form in detail, then click Save.

Step 9

Wait for your account to be verified by the SeeYouDoc Support Team.

Once your account upgrade is approved, you will now be able to access the SeeYouDoc Doctor (MD) Portal and start caring for patients digitally.
