Now that you are able to add your clinic on your practitioner profile. Your next step should be setting up the schedule of your respective clinic.
Let us help you get organized through this article as you cater to your patients at your clinic on a regular basis.
Simply follow these steps:
On the SeeYouDoc homepage, click "Go to my portal" under the SeeYouDoc MD app.
Once you are in your SeeYouDoc MD portal, select the clinic that you need to set up a specific schedule by clicking the "VIEW CLINIC" button.
You will be directed to the page where you will see all the Completed, Approved, Pending, and Cancelled appointments booked in this clinic. Now, you will need to click the "CLINIC PORTAL" button in order to set up the specific schedule for this clinic.
Once you are in your clinic's portal, go to "Settings" at the side navigation bar.
On the Settings page, go to the "Availability" tab.
Here, you can easily set up the schedule of your clinic. You may also indicate the maximum number of patients you can accommodate per day.
On the Regular Weekly Hours section, you can specifically set the time that your patients can book their appointment with you. You are free to add an interval on each day should you wish to do so. You also have the option to block or open your schedule on a specific day of the week.
Once you have finalized setting up the schedule of your clinic, click "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of the page to apply your clinic's schedule on your practitioner profile.
The new schedule that you've set up should be shown on your SeeYouDoc MD portal under the Availability tab of your clinic as seen on the image below.
