How do I refund my canceled appointment?

About Refunds in SeeYouDoc

Refunds are processed instantly, but can take up to a few minutes depending on your bank. Refunds in SeeYouDoc are free from transaction fees and will be returned to your original payment method.

Step 1

After logging in to your SeeYouDoc account, go to your Patient Portal.

Step 2

If you have multiple profiles, select which profile you want to initiate a refund to. This is usually the patient of the canceled appointment.

Step 3

Navigate to Appointments, then select a canceled appointment.

Step 4

Click Refund Payment

Step 5

Refunds in SeeYouDoc are free from transaction fees. We kindly ask that you provide more details regarding the reason for the refund.

Step 6

An alert will pop-up on the upper right corner of the screen to indicate a successful refund attempt. The Billing tab will also indicate the status of the refund.
