How can I invite doctors to join my clinic?

Step 1


On your MC portal, select the clinic you wish to manage. This is where your changes will be applied to.


Step 2


Go to your MC Portal. Navigate to Doctors, and select Invitations.



Step 3


Here you will see all your pending invitations and their responses if you have any. For now, select Invite Doctor.



Step 4


Fill-in the information requested including the email (where the invite will be sent), name of the doctor, and their position in your clinic.



The position can be a specialty or a role (e.g. Medical Officer IV) within your clinic.

Step 5


An alert will appear on the top-right corner to signify the success of the transaction. Your doctor will need to accept the invite to join your organization in SeeYouDoc.



Once they have accepted the invite, they can now practice under your clinic without fees.
