How to Add a Credit Card to Your Account in SeeYouDoc

Managing payments is a crucial step in the appointment scheduling process. Adding a valid credit card to your SeeYouDoc account streamlines the booking experience, allowing for seamless transactions. This guide will walk you through the steps to securely add your credit card information.

Step 1: Sign in to Your Account



Begin by signing into your SeeYouDoc account using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Access the User Portal



Once logged in, navigate to the upper-right corner of the screen. Click on the four-boxes icon, located beside your profile icon, to access the User portal.

Step 3: Add Your Credit Card Information



You will be redirected to the financial account section. To add a new credit card, click the "New" button.

Step 4: Complete the Credit Card Form



Fill in your credit card details in the provided form. Once completed, click "Add" to save your payment information.

Security Note: Your security is our top priority. We do not store your credit card details directly. Instead, we utilize Xendit, a trusted and secure payment gateway, to handle all credit card transactions.

Step 5: Confirmation



Upon successful submission, you will be able to view your added credit card details in the payment section.

Once added, your credit card will be stored in your payment list. You can also add multiple credit cards to your account, giving you the flexibility to choose
your preferred payment method at any time.



Step 6: Use Your Credit Card for Payments



Your credit card is now successfully added to your account. You can now use it to make payments for your appointments in SeeYouDoc.
