How Do I View Prescriptions?

To view prescriptions issued by a doctor, an encounter between a patient and a doctor must exist.

Step 1

Go to the patient portal by clicking the four boxes icon on the upper right corner of the screen beside the profile icon.

Step 2

Choose a profile which has an encounter.

Step 3

Click "Encounters" from the sidebar.

Step 4

Select the relevant encounter from the list of encounters.

Step 5

Click the "Medical" tab.

Step 6

Click "Prescriptions".

Step 7

Once a doctor has issued a prescription, you will be able to view them here.

Click on a prescription to get a preview of the whole document.

Step 8

This is what the prescription looks like.

You may save this as a PDF file, print it, or you may show it directly through your device.
