How do I reactivate doctors in my clinic?

Reactivating doctors in your clinic is an important process that allows you to quickly reinstate a doctor who has previously been deactivated. Whether a doctor is rejoining your clinic, or resuming their practice, this guide will walk you through the steps to ensure they are added back to your active roster. This process helps maintain accurate scheduling and service availability, ensuring that patients can access care from all available providers in your clinic.

Step 1



Go to your clinic portal, and click "Doctors".




Step 2



Choose a deactivated doctor from the list which you want to reactivate.




Step 3



Click "Reactivate".




Step 4



A confirmation modal will pop-up asking if you're sure that you want to reactivate the doctor.



NOTE: Reactivating will make the doctor available for appointments again. The doctor will be visible to patients and can be booked for consultations.

Click "Reactivate" to finalize the action.



As confirmation of the reactivation, you will see an alert message on the upper right corner of the screen.



NOTE: By default, reactivated doctors will remain unpublished. It is the clinic user's responsibility to publish the doctor again and ensure that their schedule and services are properly associated with their profile.

To publish a reactivated doctor, click "Publish" beside the "Deactivate" button.



A confirmation modal will pop-up informing you that all the necessary setup is complete and asking if you wish to publish.



Click "Yes" to proceed with publishing the doctor.



As confirmation of the publishing, you will see an alert message on the upper right corner of the screen.
