How do I pay using credit card for my appointment ?
About Booked Appointments
A booked appointment refers to appointment requests that have been confirmed by the doctor. You will receive an email notification once the doctor has approved your appointment request. Appointment requests do not require payment until booked.
Step 1
After your appointment request gets booked, login to your account, and access your “Patient Portal” by clicking the grid icon on the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 2
Select the profile containing the booked appointment.
Step 3
Navigate to the Appointments tab and select the Booked
appointment status.
Step 4
This will open the Appointment Overview. Click Pay Service Fee
to open the Billing
Step 5
Select Credit Card
as your Payment Method.
Step 6
To complete your payment, enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. This extra step helps securely verify your transaction and protect against unauthorized payments. Rest assured, this process is in place to protect your account and ensure that only you can authorize the transaction. Your privacy and security are our top priority.
Step 7
Once you have successfully paid the invoice, you will be redirected back to the appointments page where the Start Encounter button will now be visible on top of the right panel.
Step 8
To check the status of your payment, you can refer to the the next steps section, below the participants, reflecting that you have paid the invoice. You can also go back to the **Billing tab **to check the status of the invoice.
Step 9
After paying the booked appointment, you can now Start the Encounter and enter the Waiting Room to meet the Doctor.
