How do I pay for my appointment?

About Booked Appointments

A booked appointment refers to appointment requests that have been confirmed by the doctor. You will receive an email notification once the doctor has approved your appointment request. Appointment requests do not require payment until booked.

Developer's Note: This process is for SeeYouDoc users who do not have access to the email address that was used in signing up for their account. SeeYouDoc users will receive an invoice email containing a link which redirects them to the payment link page where they can immediately settle the service fees.



Step 1


After your appointment request gets booked, login to your account, and access your “Patient Portal” by clicking the grid icon on the upper right corner of the screen.



Step 2


Select the profile containing the booked appointment.



Step 3



Navigate to the Appointments tab and select the Booked appointment status.



The status of the appointments in your account are color-coded: Blue = Fulfilled/Completed, Green = Booked, Yellow = Pending, Red = Canceled.

Step 4


This will open the Appointment Overview. Click Pay Service Fee to open the Billing tab (located beside the Activities tab.)





Step 5


Select the Issued Invoice.



Invoices will only be issued once a doctor has accepted your appointment request.

Step 6


Review your invoice then click Pay Invoice when ready, to open payment options.





If you wish to have your bill shouldered by someone else, you may click Copy payment link or Open payment link and share the payment link to the payor.



Step 7


Select your preferred payment method, then click Pay [Amount].



SeeYouDoc supports the following e-wallets as payment methods: GCash, Maya, Shopee Pay, and Grab Pay.



Step 8


Once you have successfully paid the invoice, you will be redirected back to the appointments page where the Start Encounter button will now be visible on top of the right panel.



Step 9


To check the status of your payment, you can refer to the the next steps section, below the participants, reflecting that you have paid the invoice. You can also go back to the BIlling tab to check the status of the invoice.





Step 10


After paying the booked appointment, you can now enter the Waiting Room to meet the Doctor.
