How do I manage my patient's triage?

The triage process introduced in SeeYouDoc V4 is a systematic and efficient approach designed to prioritize and streamline patient care. Providers can now use the triage system to evaluate the urgency and severity of their medical concerns as well as determine the proper clinic the patient should be referred to. Read about it here
How do I enable triage on my facility?
Step 1
Go to your facility portal by clicking the grid icon on the upper right corner of the screen beside the profile icon. Then select the facility you wish to manage.
Step 2
Click on the Triage
button.
Step 3
Select a pending patient triage status to manage it. You can choose to Void, Tag Patient, Refer to a clinic, or Refer to a facility.
- Void - You may void a triage request if you think the patient no longer needs your facility services.
- Tag Patient - For patients which will be referred to a clinic or a facility, you may tag patients with a reference number.
- Refer to a clinic - Assign the patient to a different clinic within your facility.
- Refer to a facility - Assign the patient to a facility within your network.
Tagging a Patient
Step 4
Once a patient has been tagged with a reference number, you may now refer them to a clinic under your facility.
Refer to Clinic
Click Refer to a clinic
, and fill-in the Edit Referral form. Upon clicking save, you will see the “You have successfully created the referral” alert on the upper right corner of the screen.
Refer to Facility
Click Refer to a facility
, and fill-in the Edit Referral form. Upon clicking save, you will see the “You have successfully created the referral” alert on the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 4
Upon referral from triage to either clinic or facility, the triage will be marked as completed and will be moved to Outward Referrals. Outward referrals will be marked as “completed” once the receiving clinic or facility takes action on the referral.
