How do I deactivate doctors in my clinic?
Deactivating doctors in your clinic is a crucial function that allows you to manage your clinic's active medical staff effectively. This guide will walk you through the steps required to deactivate a doctor in your clinic, ensuring that your clinic's roster is always up to date. Whether a doctor is retiring, or no longer associated with your clinic, this process ensures that your clinic's scheduling and services reflect only the currently active providers.
Go to your clinic portal, and click "Doctors".
Choose a doctor from the list which you want to deactivate.
Click "Deactivate".
A confirmation modal will pop-up asking if you're sure that you want to deactivate the doctor.
NOTE: Deactivating will prevent patients from booking appointments with this doctor. The doctor will still have access to their account but will be hidden from the clinic's active list.
Click "Deactivate" to finalize the action.
As confirmation of the deactivation, you will see an alert message on the upper right corner of the screen.
