How do I Sign Up for a SeeYouDoc Account? — Patient App

Step 1

Open the SeeYouDoc Mobile App.

Tap "Get Started".

Step 2

You will be directed to the login page.

Tap "Sign Up".

Step 3

Fill out the registration form accordingly with your email, mobile number password, first and last name, birthday, and sex.

Tap "Create account".
