How Do I Pay for My Booked Appointment? — Patient App

Step 1

From Home Page, navigate to My Appointment.

Then, select a booked appointment.

NOTE: Booked appointments are those that have been reviewed and accepted by the medical provider.

Step 2

Tap "Pay Service Fee".

Step 3

Select payment method.

Step 4

Review billing information and tap "Pay".

Step 5

Please wait while your payment is being processed. This may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on your selected payment method.
