Patients start the triage process by using the SeeYouDoc platform to provide essential information about their condition:

Filling Out the Triage Form:

After completing the triage form, patients have the option to chat with POC medical staff for clarification or further assessment.

3. POC Medical Team Appointment Scheduling



Based on your triage results and the condition you’ve described, the POC medical team will create an appointment for you that you can access in Appointments tab
The details of your appointment, including the date, time, and assigned doctor, will be sent to you via SeeYouDoc and Email Notification.

Patient will still need to accept the schedule of appointment for confirmation, after this the patient will now be able to. get consultation on the day of the appointment.
