How to Book an Appointment at the Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC) using Mobile App

Step 1

Open the SeeYouDoc Mobile App and search (Click the Center Button)

Then Hospital : Search for Philippine Orthopedic Center

### Step 2

Once you're in the hospital's profile, you will be able to see the list of clinics that the doctor attends to, the services they provide, and the corresponding schedules.

Tap "TRIAGE".

### Step 4

Select a patient profile.

Step 5

Complete the required information in the form provided.

Step 6

Once all details are filled out, click the Submit Triage Request button, and to finalize your request click Confirm.

### Step 7

Your triage request is now submitted! || Wait for confirmation or further instructions.
