How do I manage patient's triage? (MN Portal)

Step 1

Once you have access to the SeeYouDoc Network (MN) Portal.

Go to the network portal by clicking the four boxes icon on the upper right corner of the screen beside the profile icon.

Then, click "Network Portal".

Step 2

Choose and click the network that has patients on triage.

Step 3

Scroll down and click Triage.

Step 4

Click a pending patient triage.

Step 5

You will be presented with 2 options:

Void
Refer to a facility

Choose whichever applies to the patient.

You may void a triage if you think a patient no longer needs your network's services or if their concern is out of your capacity.

To void a patient triage:

Click "Void".

Enter reason for voiding the patient's triage.

Click the final "void" button.

If you will accept a patient triage, you may now refer them to a facility under your network.

Click "Refer to a clinic".

Select facility.

Select category.

Select priority.

Enter note (Optional).

Click "Save".

Upon clicking save, you will see "You have successfully created the referral" on the upper right corner of the screen.

Upon referral from triage to facility, the triage will be marked as completed and will be moved to outward referrals.

Outward referrals will be marked as "completed" once the receiving facility takes action on the referral.
