How do I manage inward referrals (MN Portal)?

Step 1

If your network has receive a patient referral from a facility, you can expect to see it on the Inward tab under the Referrals section.

Go to your clinic portal, click "Inward".

Step 2

Choose any referrals from the list with an "Active" status.

Step 3

You will be presented with 2 options:

Void
Assign to facility

Choose whichever applies to the patient referral.



You may void a patient referral if your network can't accommodate the patient.

To void a patient triage:

Click "Void".



If you have already reviewed the details and can accommodate a patient inward referral, you may click assign to facility.



Enter note.



Click "Save".



Upon clicking save, you will see "You have successfully created the referral" on the upper right corner of the screen.
