How Do I Join the Video Consultation? — Patient App

Step 1

From the Home Page, navigate to My Appointment.

Then, select a booked appointment.

NOTE: Booked appointments are those that have been reviewed and accepted by the medical provider.

Step 2

Tap "Start Encounter".

Step 3

Tap "Join waiting room".

Step 4

Wait for the doctor to admit you into the call.

Step 5

An alert will pop up once the doctor is ready to admit you into the call.

Tap "Accept" once you are ready to join the video call.

Step 6

Consult with the doctor.



Please note: You have the ability to communicate and access the medical records within the encounter.
