How do I join the video consultation?

Step 1

Once an appointment has been paid, you may click on the Start Encounter button on the appointments page.

Step 2

You will now be redirected to the Encounters page. Click on Enter waiting room.

Step 3

Once the doctor is ready to admit you into the video call, a Calling Patient message with a corresponding ringing tone will appear on your screen. Click the Answer Call button.

Step 4

Important: You will need microphone and camera access to proceed with the video consultation. If not yet enabled, your browser will ask permission to use your microphone and camera for the video call. Make sure to click on Allow on every visit to be able to access the video call without doing this again for next time.

Step 5

Once access permission has been granted, you may turn on the camera and microphone on the video call interface to allow the doctor to see and hear you.
