How Do I Change my Contact Information?

Feel free to update your contact details, including your email address and mobile phone number, whenever necessary. Keeping your information updated ensures that you can stay connected with ease and receive important communications without any interruptions.

To update your email address and mobile number:

Step 1

Click your user icon on the upper right corner of the screen beside the four boxes menu icon.

Step 2

Click "Settings".

Step 3

Type in your updated email address.

Step 4

Type in your updated mobile number.

Step 5

Enter your current password to signify that you initiated these changes.

Step 6

Click "Change Contact Information".

You may now use your updated email address to log in to your SeeYouDoc account. Moreover, any and all communications or updates related to your SeeYouDoc account will be sent to your updated email address and mobile number.
