How do I Cash-out Remaining credits?
If your wallet is missing in the new app, it may be due to a transition from SeeYouDoc V3 to V4. If you had remaining credits in your SeeYouDoc V3 account, you should be able to cash them out through your Patient Portal. Here's how you can do it:
Log in to your SeeYouDoc Account
Access your SeeYouDoc Patient Portal by clicking the four boxes icon at the upper right corner of the Get Started page.

Click your profile.

Click Credits

Click on the Cash-out Request button.
