How do I accept and manage TB enrollments?

Step 1


On your Network portal, navigate to Enrollments, and select a new case. This will be under a Submitted status.



Step 2


SeeYouDoc will automatically notify of the patient is Presumptive TB based on triggers. You can review the TB Survey Screening Response manually. Once ready, click Accept to add the patient to your TB Campaign catchment population and proceed with a TB care plan.



Step 3


In the Care Plan, select the next Goal for the patient. Optionally, you can enter a note. Once ready, click Accept.







Step 4


An alert will appear on the top-right corner to signify the success of the transaction. In the photo below, the patient is now under the responsibility of your network.
