I have booked an appointment but I have not received a confirmation by email or text. What do I do?
You will receive a notification regarding the status of your booking once the doctor has reviewed your request. If you have not received a message informing you about the status of your appointment, please refer to the following steps: Check your Spam folder in your email. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you may reschedule your medical appointments with your doctor or clinic at any time using the SeeYouDoc App. Just go to your profile and select the booking you would like to change and hit the "RESCHEDULE' button. What can I expect during my pre-consultation advise via video call?
Once the doctor accepted your call, you are now entitled to 5-minute pre-consultation advice via video call. Deduction in your token will proceed after you completed the video call with your doctor. If your call did not exceed the guaranteed 5 minutes or it has been dropped unexpectedly due to unstable internet connection, the same will be deducted in your token balance. What do I get after I book my appointment?
You will receive a notification once you book an appointment using SeeYouDoc. You will also be notified when you have completed your appointment or if it is canceled.
I can't proceed with my pre-consultation advice. What's wrong?
