How do I know if my medical appointment is confirmed?
You will be notified immediately in your SeeYouDoc profile as soon as your appointment has been confirmed. Just click on the bell icon on the top right corner to see your notifications alternatively, you can check your email for a message stating that your appointment is now classified as pending. Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you may reschedule your medical appointments with your doctor or clinic at any time using the SeeYouDoc App. Just go to your profile and select the booking you would like to change and hit the "RESCHEDULE' button. What can I expect during my pre-consultation advise via video call?
Once the doctor accepted your call, you are now entitled to 5-minute pre-consultation advice via video call. Deduction in your token will proceed after you completed the video call with your doctor. If your call did not exceed the guaranteed 5 minutes or it has been dropped unexpectedly due to unstable internet connection, the same will be deducted in your token balance. What do I get after I book my appointment?
