Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you may reschedule your medical appointments with your doctor or clinic at any time using the SeeYouDoc App. Just go to your profile and select the booking you would like to change and hit the "RESCHEDULE' button. What can I expect during my pre-consultation advise via video call?
Once the doctor accepted your call, you are now entitled to a 5-minute pre-consultation advice via video call. Deduction in your token will proceed after you completed the video call with your doctor. If your call did not exceed the guaranteed 5 minutes or it has been dropped unexpectedly due to unstable internet connection, the same will be deducted in your token balance. You may have insufficient credits on your account or you may have unstable internet connection. Make sure to check that you have enough credit balance to proceed with your pre-consultation via video call or you have a stable internet connection and try again.
