You can do plenty of things in the Clinics section, view appointments, patients, manage your schedule and even view the feedback your patients gave you. To access these information, click on the button labeled View Clinic under the clinic you wish to view.



upon clicking the View Clinic button, you will be redirected to a page where you can see your Appointments, Patients, Availability and Feedback.

Let's go through these section one by one.

Appointments

You should be able to see a list of appointments that you have in the clinic that you previously chose.



Notice that the appointments in the image have different statuses, namely Completed, Approved, Cancelled and Pending

Here's a brief explanation on what each of these statuses mean:

Approved - These are appointments that were previously set to pending. Only the practitioner is capable of either cancelling or approving this appointment.

Completed - These are appointments that are already approved and marked as completed by the practitioner. An appointment marked " Approved " can be set to Completed at any time.

Pending - These are appointments that have been booked by the patients that are awaiting action from the practitioner. The patient may also choose to reschedule this appointment if they wish to do so.

Cancelled - These are appointments that are cancelled by either the practitioner or the patient.

Patients

You will be able to see a list of all the patients you had in this section.



Availability

This section is where you can change your schedule in the clinic. Just check the checkboxes that apply to your schedule then click the submit button at the bottom of the page.



Feedbacks

This section lets you see any feedback your patients may have. There is also a 5-star grading system for the patients to grade you on your Professionalism, Waiting Time and Clinic Service. The patient is also able to leave a comment if they wish to do so.
