You will receive a notification regarding the status of your booking once the doctor has reviewed your request. If you have not received a message informing you about the status of your appointment, please try the following:

Check your Spam folder in your email.

These are examples of the emails you will receive when your appointment cancelled, pending approval and approved.

Log in your SeeYouDoc account via website or app, go to ‘Appointments’ and see if you can find your booking.
