Before you are able to use the pre-consultation advice (PCA) feature, you must first have the following:

A registered SeeYouDoc practitioner account.

The SeeYouDoc MD mobile applications (Android and iOS).

Once you have met all the requirements, you must then contact the SeeYouDoc team to have your account ready to conduct PCA calls (we'll ask you for some information to confirm that you are a real doctor, after that we'll have your account active and visible to our users).

If for some reason it's taking a while for us to review your request, you may follow it up by using the live chat feature on our website. Our team would gladly assist you.

Before you start conducting PCA calls, we recommend that you update your business details as well as your fee settings. To do so, please follow the steps below:

On the top-right hand corner of the screen, look for the icon that is 4 squares, this will display a small menu which you can use to navigate through different SeeYouDoc apps.

From the menu, click on MD. This will redirect you to your MD Dashboard.



In the sidebar, click on "Settings".



Click on the Business Details tab to be redirected to the page where you can enter your business details. Just don't forget to click on submit after filling up the form.



Click on the Fee Settings tab to navigate to the page where you can change your PCA fee. Again, please don't forget to click on submit



Setting your account active for PCA

To set your account active for conducting PCAs, open and login to the SeeYouDoc MD mobile app. From there, simply follow the steps below:

Tap on the Pre-Consultation Advice card.

This will redirect you to a page where you can set your account to be active for PCAs as well as view your video call logs.

Tap on the toggle button to set it to active.



Once you've done that, your account is now ready to receive calls.
