How to navigate the MP Customers?
Customers
On the Customer page you can do the following:
View List of Customers
This list includes the following details
Name
Date Onboarded
Date Deactivated
Date Reactivated
Status
Add New Customer
Add Customers Manually
Click the + New Customer button.
Select a Type, either Hospital or Clinic.
Fill out all the fields -- Name, Address, Contact Person, Contact No. and Email Address.
Click the Submit button
Customer status will be PENDING.
For first-time customers, a subscription must be submitted.
Add Customers via Link
Send unique link to the prospective customer (Link will be provided by SeeYouDoc admin)
A notification will be triggered once customer submits the required information
Click the notification to view the customer details
Customer status will be PENDING.
For first-time customers, a subscription must be submitted.
Add Subscriptions
View the customer details
Click the Subscription tab then click the + Add Subscription button

For new customers, click the Activate button to be redirected to a new subscription.
Fill out all the fields -- Name, No. of Doctors, Start Date, End Date, Trial Period and Promo Code.
Click the Submit button
For first-time customers and subscriptions, the customer status will move to Processing. Status will move to Active once approved by the SeeYouDoc admin.
How do subscriptions work?
Partners can activate subscriptions anytime (after the initial approval from SeeYouDoc admin)
Subscriptions can be deactivated manually (by the Partner) or automatically (by the system) based on the subscription's End Date
Subscriptions will also be automatically deactivated if a Customer is deactivated by the Partner
Once a subscription expires, it can no longer be activated or deactivated.
