# How do I Sign Up for a SeeYouDoc Account? — Patient App

### Step 1

Open the SeeYouDoc Mobile App.

Tap **"Get Started"**.

### Step 2

You will be directed to the login page.

Tap **"Sign Up"**.

### Step 3

Fill out the registration form accordingly with your email, mobile number password, first and last name, birthday, and sex.

Tap **"Create account"**.
