How do I send notes to my patients?
Sending notes to patients
Starting from the appointment page. As long as it's approved, you will be able to see a Review Patient Record button. Clicking on this button will redirect you to the Patient Records Page.
In the patient records page, click the Doctor's Notes tab then click Add Notes
A menu will then pop-up asking you to choose what type of medical note to send to your patient.
After Selecting a note type, you can then enter the contents of your note.
After composing your note, don't forget to send it to your patient.
