# How Do I Onboard My Organization to SeeYouDoc?


### Step 1

Once logged in to your SeeYouDoc account, click the four boxes icon on the upper right corner of the screen beside the profile icon.

Then, click **"Your Profile"**.

### Step 2

Scroll down and click **"I want to register my medical organization"**.

### Step 3

Fill out the request onboarding form.

Enter the **name** of the organization.

### Step 4

Select **organization type**.

### Step 5

Select **country**.

### Step 6

Tick this checkbox if your organization has a **legal entity**.

For organizations with **legal entities, please provide the legal name, business structure, tax number (TIN) and tax type**.

### Step 7

Click **"Save"**.

|| Once **approved**, you will be able to go to the **Organization (MO) Portal** and manage your SeeYouDoc MO account.
