How do I go to my patient's EMR?
SeeYouDoc is proud to have its new feature, the Electronic Medical Records or EMR.
SeeYouDoc's EMR feature allows its SeeYouDoc partner doctors to systematically collect and review their patients' basic profile, health records such as physical conditions, medical certificates, laboratory requests, and more.
As you may know, our partner doctors can input their medical notes during and after each consultation. With SeeYouDoc's EMR, they can also see their previous notes or write additional notes about their patient's health concerns.
Another feature is that our partner doctors can start a video conference anytime through the "Start video conference" button available in SeeYouDoc's EMR page.
Now, let's get right to it. Follow these steps to access your patient's EMR:
Log in to your SeeYouDoc practitioner account here: https://account.seeyoudoc.com/login
Go to your SeeYouDoc MD portal by clicking the "Go to my portal" button under the SeeYouDoc MD app or by clicking the Menu button on the top-right corner of the Get Started page, as you see in the image below.

Your SeeYouDoc MD Dashboard is on the Clinics page by default. Select a clinic by clicking the "VIEW CLINIC" button, as you see in the image below.

On your clinic's page, you will see all the appointments booked in this clinic and the corresponding basic information about these appointments. Select an appointment and click the "date and time," as you see in the image below.

You will be directed to a more detailed information about the appointment you've selected. Click the "Review patient record" on the right side of the page, as you see in the image below.

The image below is the SeeYouDoc EMR page you should be looking at. They are three available tabs, Patient Profile, Health Records, and Doctors Notes. You would be able to see the "Start video conference" button as well.
On the Patient Profile tab, the patient's personal and contact information is indicated.

On the Health Records tab, all necessary documents such as prescriptions, laboratory requests, medical certificates, diagnosis results or medical notes from other previous doctors are uploaded here. Click the drop-down button to see these information.

On the Doctors Notes tab, you will see your drafted medical notes for this patient. This section is for you, so here you would be able to edit and delete existing notes, or add another note by clicking the "Add Notes" button. Once you are done editing or adding notes for your patient, you can click the "SEND TO PATIENT" button, as you see in the image below.

Note: When adding notes, you will be asked to choose a template for your convenience. A pop up modal will appear on your screen, as you see in the image below.
