# How Do I Book an Appointment Using SeeYouDoc? — Patient App

### Step 1

Open the SeeYouDoc Mobile App and search for a doctor, facility, or clinic.

Then, **select a doctor, facility, or clinic**.

### Step 2

Once you're in the doctor's profile, you will be able to see the list of clinics that the doctor attends to, the services they provide, and the corresponding schedules.

Tap **"Request An Appointment"**.

### Step 3

Select a **clinic**.

### Step 4

Select a **service**.

### Step 5

Select a **patient profile**.

### Step 6

Set your **preferred date, time slot and provide the reason for consultation**.

Tap **"Next"**.

### Step 7

Review your appointment details and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Tap **"Request Appointment"**.

### Step 8

Wait for the doctor to accept your appointment request.
