# How do I add schedules for doctors under my clinic?

### Step 1
On your MC Portal, navigate to **Doctors** and select the user you want to manage.

### Step 2
Navigate to **Schedules**, and click `New Schedule`.

### Step 3
In the **New Schedule Form**, completely fill-in the requested information. This includes the **days of availability**, **start-time**, **end-time**, **timezone**, **duration of timeslot** per appointment, as well as the **cutoff **time. Once ready, click `Save`.

| The **cutoff time** is the minimum lead time your clinic will require patients to adhere to when placing a request. For example, if your cutoff time is `1 day`, your patients will cannot schedule for less than `1 day`.

### Step 4
An alert will appear on the top-right corner to signify the success of the transaction. You can also define another schedule as needed (for example, weekend or night shift).
