# How can I request an appointment using SeeYouDoc?


### Step 1
Select the doctor that you would like to book for a consultation.

### Step 2
Once you’re in the doctor’s profile, you will be able to see the list of clinics that your doctor attends to.

| It's a good idea to read through the doctor's page in detail, to know their schedule, rates for services, etc.

### Step 3
Click the **Request Appointment** button, and fill in the "Appointment Form" in detail.

### Step 4
Make sure to read through and acknowledge the **Terms and Conditions** and **Data Privacy Policy** by checking the boxes. Then you may proceed to the **Request Appointment** button.

### Step 5
In the Appointment Page, you will see a **You have successfully requested an appointment** alert on the top-right corner of the screen.

|| Note that you have successfully "Requested" an appointment at this point. Your doctor will be notified about the request and will need to confirm their availability for the appointment. Only once confirmed will the schedule be "Booked" after which, a payment will be required.
